I am working in U Microfinance Bank Limited (UMBL) from Sep-2018. At this time i am performing the duties of Branch Manager in sargodha Branch of UMBL. Previously i was working in UBL as relationship Manager Assets in sargodha region of UBL. I also have worked for 9 year's in FINCA Microfinance bank on diffrent positions of Relationship Manager Assets, Officer Internal Audit (Head office based), Credit Risk Officer and Loan Officer. I have a well experience of team leading as well as target acheivements.
Working as Branch Manager in U Microfinance Bank Ltd Sargodha Branch. Completing all targets related to assets as well as liabilities. Branch audit rating is good.
1. Achievement of assets targets assigned from managment on quarterly basis.
2. To manage all portfolio of the region like renewals, recovery and fresh aquisition of loans.
3. To coordinate with CAD department for processiong of fresh credit proposals.
4. To assess all the risks involves in lending to a fresh borrowers.
1. Achievement of Asset target of branch assigned from management on monthly basis.
2. To manage a team of 10 credit officers, assign them their monthly targets, take projections from them on daily basis to achieve common target of branch.
3. Verification of the loan files before disbursement. And check all the criteria followed according to the lending policy of FINCA micro-finance bank ltd.
4. Adopting KYC approach essentially to prevent portfolio erosion and ensure regulatory policy and procedural compliance to contribute towards better risk ratings.
5. Plan to collect due installment on time as well as regular follow ups to problematic client which are in over due.
1. Conduct a full branch audit and preparation of audit report for presentation in the board committee of the organization.
2. Fraud and forgery investigation with in the organization and prepare a report for board committee.
3. Conduct a departmental audit and ensure the compliance of all the departments according to the rules of State Bank of Pakistan.
4. Adopting KYC approach essentially to prevent potfolio erosion and ensure regulatory policy and procedural compliance to contribute towards better risk ratings.
5. Field verification of all the lending products and ensure the proper utilization of loan and also all the rules according to lendig manual were followed during the lending of the product.
1. Verification of the loan file defore disbursment. And chek all the criteria followed according to the lending policy of FINCA microfinance bank ltd.
2. Cross verify the data punched in the FINCA official software and point out the mistakes of pucnching.
3. Indicate all the risks involved in the lending of product to a specific person before disbursment.
4. Responisibility to manage the over due of the branch and timely recovery of the clients.
