Electrical and Instrument Engineer

Working as an Electrical and Instrument Engineer at Gourmet Foods, Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore (05-06-17 to till)
 Major machines include, Blow Molders, Product Mixers, Fillers, Labelers, Packers, Palletizer(EKTAM) and Conveyors.
 Troubleshooting of AC, DC Servo drives, Induction Motors and Invertors.
 Testing of Sensors, Magnetic Contactors and Relays.
 Supervision of Instrument, Instrument cable laying, Inspection, Calibration and Loop checking.
 Design activities like preparation of systems and Instrument Specification, Control schematics, Function schematics, Cable schedule, Logic diagram, Field instruments layouts.
 Troubleshooting of Actuator Sensor Interfacing Modules, Pneumatic Systems, Flow Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters and Analog/Digital sensors.
 Experience in Control systems, Siemens S-7 PLCs.
 Hands on experience in commissioning, trouble-shooting, preventive / corrective maintenance.
 Carrying out machine diagnostics for overhauling spare parts.
 Efficient to understand and interpret drawings and specifications.
 Planning for Preventive & Annual maintenance of Lines and associated facilities.
 Ensuring compliance to occupational health & safety and environmental programs.
 Ability to work in a team as well as lead from front.
 Participate in meetings and discussed over Production Enhancement.
 Supervise Maintenance activity during shut down.
 Manage all the Shifts and Manpower.
 Responsible for Production Execution, Planning & losses Control.
 Inspection of Conveyor operating machinery.
