Responsibilities:
· Supervising the team of Payable & Receivable.
· Performed monthly trial balance analysis and provide reasons for any unusual increase/decrease in expenses, income, salaries etc.
· Finalization of monthly Profit & Loss statement.
· Performed variance analysis by comparing actual results vs budgeted and seek explanation from relevant department on monthly basis.

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing accounts of the company and Unbundling of accounts.
Comparison of store/company wise figures available in inventory and GL batches and investigate reason of differences and arrange to remove the differences.
Inventory aging analysis, provisioning of slow moving stock, write off and disposal of obsolete inventory.
JV's of Accrual and provision relating to the inventory. To update average cost in system to adjust variances and capitalized accordingly.
Capitalized/Expense out the non-recoverable input tax through JV’s.
Conduct stock count on quarterly basis and reports to higher management.
Break-up between revenue and capital expenditure.
Recognition of revenue expenditure in their respective category.
Preparation of MIS report of revenue expenditure and inventory on monthly basis for onward submission to management.
Identify the errors in the recognition of expenditure and the correction made through JV's.
Identify any abnormal cost in revenue expenditure and make inquiries accordingly.
