Voucher processing on computerized accounting system,
Aging analysis and processing of receivables and payables,
Preparation of monthly payroll accounts and relevant documentation,
Maintenance and reconciliation of General ledger accounts,
Establishment and maintenance of supplier and client accounts,
Assistance in preparation of budget,
Preparation of budget variance reports,
Design and prepare routine management reports regarding accounts & finance.
Preparing of Purchase orders for outsourcing,
Assistance in monthly closing; processing of adjusting, closing and reversing entries and rectification of accounting entries.
Coordination and provision of information for periodical internal & external audits,
Maintenance of internal controls i.e. authorization, verification, rechecking & ticking, reconciliation, assistance in internal audit etc.
Preparing cost benefit analysis of projects;
Handling of petty cash.
