I am a dedicated professional with a passion for creating meaningful change through impactful projects and collaborations. With years of experience working alongside government departments, international organizations, community groups, and the corporate sector in Balochistan, Ive had the privilege of contributing to initiatives that have transformed lives and communities.
Throughout my career, Ive worked closely with government entities such as the Departments of Education, Health, Mines Minerals, and Planning Development, as well as international organizations like JHPIEGO and the International Rescue Committee (IRC). These partnerships have allowed me to design and implement projects that address critical challenges in health, education, livelihoods, and community development.
I take pride in having contributed to projects like the Alternative Learning Pathways (ALP) and the Balochistan Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship Project (BLEP), which have opened doors to education and economic opportunities for rural communities. My work also includes empowering individuals through skills training and capacity-building initiatives that promote long-term growth and resilience.
Beyond project management, Ive honed my skills in human resources, from leading recruitment efforts to managing payroll systems with accuracy and care. I strive to create supportive and efficient work environments that help teams thrive.
My academic journey includes a Masters in Education (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor of Science (Honors), along with specialized training in areas like livelihood strategies, gender-based violence prevention, womens empowerment, and entrepreneurship. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges communities face and strengthened my commitment to inclusive, sustainable development.
I believe in the power of collaboration and community engagement to drive real change. Whether its building partnerships, mentoring teams, or analyzing policies, my goal is to make a lasting impact by creating opportunities and solutions that truly matter to people.
