• Construction of The City School Burewala Campus Phase 1 (Covered Area: 29,744 Sq.Ft)
• Complete Renovation of The City School Gujranwala Campus (Covered Area: 20,818 Sq.Ft)
• Repair & Maintenance in 65 branches and campuses of The City School (Southern Region).
• Construction of canteens in 21 branches and campuses of The City School.
• Construction of an auditorium and complete renovation of 150 washrooms in PAF chapter (The City School).
• Complete interior finishing of a G+4 storey building of The City School DHA A Level Phase 8.
• Complete interior finishing of a G+2 storey building of The City School PECHS Girls Campus.

Responsibilities Includes:

• Liaising with Contractors/Clients at site.

of Quantities and do site measurements.
• Preparing bar bending schedules, Weekly/Monthly, Progress reports, Data analysis, Rate analysis.
• Approvals for materials, technical proposals.
• Reviewing drawings and modifying any item that may be changed to be done
quicker, and to avoid any site mistakes for not repeating the job.
• Provide assistance in verifying claims, payments, variations, contractual issues for projects.

• Carrying routine works in line with the approved execution drawings.
• Interpret complex engineering design documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Directing the Foreman of day-to-day site works.
• Responsible for Material indents, checking Labor output and quality of works etc.
• Giving feed backs to office for monthly valuations of completed works.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with the construction personnel.
• Preparing bar bending schedules and steel saving schemes.
• Verifying the Monthly Bills and claims of sub-contractors.
