Ensure accuracy in tax withholding of suppliers/vendors and deposit to government treasury according to prevailing tax law’s time line.

Maintain different custom designed databases at regional level to make financial operations smooth and transparent.
Finalization of accounts on monthly basis (Including trial balance, accruals, prepayments, account receivables, account payables etc).
Perform intra office accounts reconciliation (Regional vs Head office) on monthly basis.
Perform monthly management reporting (Microcredit recoveries, Disbursement, Financial sustainability, Budget positioning & profit analysis).
Check and review bank reconciliations on monthly basis.
Proficient knowledge of staff payroll management.
Proficient knowledge of accounts management in a multi projects environment.
Coordinate with internal, external and project specific audits and maintains record of audit finding and compliance.
Maintain good relations with banks and have good liaison with bankers of the area.
Supervise the team of accountants at regional level and have vast experience to manage accounts of a branch offices environment.
