1 Planning, organizing, costing, executing and handover of projects
2 Procurement of required material for execution of construction project as per BOM
3 Generating BOQ from Construction drawing and preparing RFQ
4 Preparing quotations comparative analysis document, conducting price negotiation meetings, creating, and releasing Purchase Order (PO) and Certificate of Payment (COP) to contractors.
5 Negotiate and finalize cost with contractors in line with corporate objectives and support company’s cost reduction targets without compromising on quality and lead time
6 Machine and tools parameter selection and procurement based upon production requirement of project
7 Extract data from Technical Instruction Sheets (TIS) and catalogue about tools and equipment as per customer requirements
8 Preparation and approval of all type of work permits and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) document for civil, electrical, and mechanical operations
9 Streamlining various strategic tasks among foreign entities (Toyota Motor Corporation/Toyota Daihatsu Engineering and Manufacturing), local bodies (suppliers/contractors/service-providers) & stakeholders within the organization
10 Follow up with Purchasing Department for timely delivery of tools and equipment (Imported + Local) for projects
11 Budget Preparation for upcoming projects and getting approval from management
12 Preparing project status documents and presenting to management on daily basis (Project Schedule, Cost Control Chart, Human resource control chart, Risk Management chart etc)
