To ensure that Repair and Maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with production, repair maintenance plan issued by Head office.
To put up daily  and monthly performance reports pertaining to production Quality Repair and Maintenance activities to NKK for onward transmission to Head office and top management.
To coordinate with Section and Mechanical Heads regarding all related technical matters of NKK Plant,
To monitor and evaluate the cost with accounts department  in order to take measures to reduce cost of NKK,
To arrange physical survey of dropped sinter and Raw Materials as per requirement.
To coordinate with factory Manager in connection with internal and external Audit of NKK.
To control all technical record and documentation pertaining to production and dispatch.
To confer with Engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedure, achievement of production target, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
