Key Responsibilities:-

Responsible for administration of construction works cover in contract and assist the SRE-Senior Resident Engineer with the prompt exchange of correspondence (Emails & Letters), technical queries, submittals, and RFI\'s to all contractors. Orient, assign and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis so that all contractor activities are adequately covered without any delay.
Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities. Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contract documents and Project Specification.
Coordinate the interface of the construction work with other contractors on the site. Orient inspectors to verify that contractor is following his approved site Health & Safety plan.
Assist the SRE and QS team in negotiations with the contractor’s claims and variations orders or changes in the schedule of the deliverable.
 Review the contractor\'s progress at all times. Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site, and the contractor\'s manpower and equipment debuted at the site.
Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site as required by the SRE. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
Review inspector\'s daily reports and preparation of engineer\'s daily diary, and general oversight of inspector\'s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractor\'s operations.
Coordination with contractor\'s supervisory personnel regarding construction schedule, sequence of work based on the activities related to each other, and method of statement of any new activity.
Continuous inspections and consultation with the SRE including the preparation of written and oral reports to the Client on contractual and procedural matters.

To Monitor the Overall management of construction activities involves (Construction of Civil & Mechanical works of Pipe supports and pipe Sleepers, Erection of Plant Piping networks on header and on Pipe racks structure, Construction and installation of all loading and unloading pumps , construction of Pre-engineered and cast in situ box culvert, valve Pits and hydrant pits etc. starting from Planning, execution and monitoring on daily basis with project team of all engineering projects directly and through subordinate staff for the following:
• Monitor construction schedule of all different projects.
• Monitor and Manages S-curves on basis of approved construction schedule from consultant/ client for monitoring of project progress and update weekly basis.
• Monitor daily reports and submit to client/ consultant on daily basis.
• Monitor weekly report and submit to client/ consultant on weekly basis with updated construction schedule.
• Monitor monthly report and submit to client / consultant on monthly basis.
• Monitor and Management of cost estimation on monthly basis for next month site expanses.
• Weekly progress review meeting on weekly basis with client / consultant.
• Fortnightly meeting on every two weeks with higher management of PETROCON with clients and consultant to resolves the higher level issues and finical issues.
• Close coordination with consultant on daily basis for smooth execution of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Overall management of construction activities involves (Construction of Civil & Mechanical Works of Additives tanks, Construction of civil and mechanical works of Pipe racks and erection of pipe racks structure, Erection of Plant Piping networks on header and on Pipe racks structure, Construction of Dyke wall around all new and old additives tanks, Construction and installation of all loading and unloading pumps , construction of Pre-engineered building complete and Construction of Additives Decanting bay)starting from Planning, execution and monitoring on daily basis with project manager of all engineering projects directly and through subordinate staff for the following:
• Prepare construction schedule of all different projects.
• Prepare S-curves on basis of approved construction schedule from consultant/ client for monitoring of project progress and update weekly basis.
• Prepare daily reports and submit to client/ consultant on daily basis.
• Prepare weekly report and submit to client/ consultant on weekly basis with updated construction schedule.
• Prepare monthly report and submit to client / consultant on monthly basis.
• Prepare cost estimation on monthly basis for next month site expanses.
• Weekly progress review meeting on weekly basis with client / consultant.

Key Responsibilities :
• Overall management of construction activities starting involves ( Civil and mechanical wok of diesel storage tanks, Piling works and pile caps under the Engine foundations, Tanks and Power house building) from Planning, execution and monitoring up to hand over of all engineering projects directly and through subordinate staff for the following:
• Contracts Management and Outsourcing of different types of civil and mechanical works.
• Safety and Environmental Management with goal of zero accident and proactive approach for environment.
• Monitor all projects related works at site and ensure construction in accordance to the specifications and established standards, procedures and quality.
• Monitoring of quality assurance parameters for the project.
• Reporting progress on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Verification of sub-contractors bills and claims related to escalation
• Coordination with internal departments for site design including concept site layouts and their approval from CEO and chairman.
• Coordination with consultants for the preparation of detailed drawings and amendment &revision of drawings according to site condition.
• Pursuing/coordination for timely completion of project activities with consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintenance of discipline, distribution of work among subordinate staff.

• Executing and supervising all construction activities including earthwork, form work, steel works, water proofing and concreting activities and assuring the practices comply with the desired plan and design
• Supervising of Soil investigation works. ( 5 bore holes)
• Supervising of piling works and Pile Load test on working piles.
• Supervision and execution of Drainage system.
• Supervision and execution of Heavy traffic road (Flexible and rigid pavement)
• Supervising of erection work of steel structure building of powerhouse with wall and roof cladding (sandwich panels) imported from China.
• Coordinating between structural and architectural drawings and communicating with project stakeholders (Client, Consultants)
