I joined Pakistan Reading project as an Assessment manager to conduct different research studies and periodic assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of CPD model of reading. Analyze the data and develop comparison reports on the effect of project interventions on studens achievements. . During my tenure I have to Coordinated with Govt. Authorities to design provincial reading assessment tools that gauge students performance against developed reading standards. Following are few of my responsibilities/ achievement at a glance,
Contribute to conduct and prepare situation analysis for the educational department for development, design and management of reading related education programs.
Plan and budget all the monitoring activities carry out in the field and provide direction to the field staff and provincial teams to fully understand the research study approaches.
Conduct different researched to evaluate the effectiveness of CPD model and design plan to monitor those studies.
Pilot and review different tools for its finalization and used in different research studies.
Prepared comparative analytical report and present to the project teams and Govt High officials to show the change and further planning.
Prepared Research report on data from assessments and use in decision making, management, monitoring, evaluation and delivery of results.
Conduct project evaluation studies including baseline, midline and endline in targeted districts of KP.
Build capacity of stakeholders to achieve and sustain results on Pakistan Reading project also cconduct variation studies to check the effectiveness of different project capacity building models in the schools.
Collaborate with Central Office, Field Offices teams and E&SE Education Department discuss to implementation issues and provide, recommendations for its resolution.
Conduct workshops for E&SED to draft and review Reading Assessment Standards for KP.
Support piloting of reading assessments tools, including logistics and data entry, analysis, and interpretation.
Lead workshops to revise reading assessments to reflect analysis of pilot results,Ensure cohesion with other education policy, systems, and standards.
Ensure that education assessment systems support is technically sound and effective in reaching program targets.
Coordinated with Provincial Assessment authorities and other government departments and national and provincial stakeholders and share information and knowledge to facilitate program implementation.
Organize workshops for provincial assessment authorities to identify and address system needs, outline action plans, and set goals. Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual project reports and keep record of assessments reports for reference.
