SAP MM Consultant / Sr. Assistant Manager Store
Job Description includes:
A professional at this position level within Organization of Aisha Steel: Implements new or maintains existing business solution in SAP/MM area based on user requirements analysis Proposes, programs or configures, documents and tests business solution in SAP/MM application according to the functional and technical requirements within Aisha Steel (Pakistan)Limited. Builds professional relationships with Users/Department’s, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development. Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs. Keeps close communication with ABAP development team for Reports and New Customization. Leads application functional team or sub-team within Aisha steel.
 Worked with EY for Re Implementation BPR Worked on AS IS, GAP Analysis, TO-BE Documentation for Data Flows, Activity.
MASTER DATA:
Creation of material master data, vendor Master and ensure its authenticity.
Developed job aids for end user trainings.
Recommended SAP MM best practices.
Identification of standard reports to user for ease of system operations.
 
GENERAL:
Monitoring all types of store’s activities (Receiving, issuance, Gate passes, inventory management, cycle counting, and proper binning of material and relevant documents of all process).
Coordinate with different Departments regarding SAP activities.
Identify requirement and supply bottlenecks and resolve them accordingly in the system.
Assist in preparation of MM plan keeping in view the users requirements.
Monitoring purchasing of consumables.
Strongly coordinate and follow up with Finance department (FI-CO) regarding Store Inventories and SAP MM.
Ensure correction of Data in SAP through cross verification of legacy system.
Give Training regarding SAP MM where need and improvement required.
Implement SOP for all store working.

 Give Training regarding SAP MM where need and improvement required.
 Maintenance of Serial Number for goods receipts and issuance.
 Configure Materials for MRP, for manual reorder planning.
MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING:
 Configure material master record for MRP for “Lot for lot order quantity”, “Fixed Lot size” and also for “Replenishment to maximum level”. Also run MRP for all three above static Lot Size Procedures.
 Execute single item single level, single item multilevel planning run.
 Convert plan orders into Purchase Order.
 Create and maintain material serial numbers.
 Configure MRP Profiles.
 Implement SOP for all store working.

 Material Master Data creation, change.
 Configure Manual & Automatic Batch Management.
 Maintain Batch classes and characteristics for detail product specification.
 Maintain Batch classes and characteristic for expiry date / shelf life.
 Configure Number ranges of batch management.
 Guide user department at the time of raising Purchase Requisition on SAP system.
 Monitoring Material Receiving & Issuance in SAP and physical.
 To ensure all material are properly marked / tagged and placed properly in bins.
 Periodic stock counting of material.
 Monitoring of Binning of misc. material in Material Master Record.
 Updating Inventory report on daily basis & check physical vs. SAP system stock.
 To keep inventory audit records, periodically counting inventories to compare against the system stock.
 Implement SOP for all store working.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
 Stock transfer from Plant to plant, Material to material.
 Goods receipt, cancellation, reservations and goods issuance.
 Support and provide user level training regarding issues of service entry sheets, including acceptance and postings.
 Creating Purchase Requisitions.
 Check the movement of stock.
 Physically verification of stock.
 Preparing different reports regarding inventory.
MASTER DATA:
 Responsible to create, change and extend materials code.
 Create service master record.
 Internal Audit by Store Department.
