I am working as a Solution Architect / Technical Manager in Application & Development team of Arcana Info. I am Managing team of Technical Leads and Developers for different projects (related to Digital Transformation & Integrations/Middleware) and clients in Arcana Info. With clients, I am responsible for all SDLC Phases namely Requirements Analysis & Gathering, Solution Design, Implementation, Deployment, QA, Documentation and on-site support. For new clients and projects, work on RFIs, RFPs, Technical Proposals, POCs and Presentations as a part of Pre-Sales team. Projects are in different industries like telecommunication, banking and finance.

I worked as a Technical Solutions Architect in Decision Analytics Delivery Department of Experian Malaysia. Worked on different Experian Products like Connectivity (middleware), Customer Management, Strategy Management, Enrichment and Originations. All these products were developed in JAVA. Mostly worked on client requirements and transforming it to working and sustainable solution. Activities included new prospects, new requests from existing customers, technical support requests and active participation in the delivery phase of projects. Technologies used for these products were JAVA, SQL, Web Services, Bash Scripting, XSD, XML, SOAPUI, SVN, DDL Scripts, Oracle Database, Oracle Linux, Solaris, Eclipse and Web Servers. I was responsible for Requirements Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Solution Implementation/Deployment, Documentation, Products Installation at Client site and Performance Optimization after Go-Live. For Change Requests; prepare release packages including all installation and documentation for client. Most of the issues are related to JAVA and Web Services.
