It is a UK based health insurance call centre which is outsourcing here in lahore. I worked here as a customer representative officer. My job descripton icluded to call customers and ask them about any recent accident they have met.

My job as a intern in the company was to analyze and study all the files of policy making. I learned how the policy for the contract is made and how it is implemented. Furthermore i studied the files of the claims. How the claims are settled and how the amount is made and also according to the provisions of the policy through which claims are settled.
