To perform internal audits of QMS/EMS/OHSAS & SA for monitoring
the developed system.
To generate NCRs for corrective & preventive actions and conduct follow up, obtain
Objective evidence for closing of non-compliance.
To summarize audit results and update the relevant record e.g. NCR LOG.
To conduct sudden/unannounced audit for monitoring and verification purpose.
To discuss the internal audit results with Quality Systems Developer and make
Recommendations for improvement.
To monitor the quality /environmental /OHSAS & SA objective of various
Departments and obtain sufficient objective evidence for analysis.
To observe the QMS/EMS/OHSAS & SA sporadically for deep analysis for
better performance of audits and continual improvement.
To conform to the company QMS/EMS/OHSAS & SA procedures, company
policies as documented.
To take corrective/preventive actions for identified non-compliances/observation
timely and effectively for improvement.
To conduct surveillance audit of QMS/EMS/OHSAS & SA by external
auditor for renewal certification.
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing,
and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions
for all positions.
Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation
and training programs.
