3) Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and optimum production level.
4) Research current production capability improvements and implement cost reduction and product reliability solutions.
5) Analyze and compare the material data sheets to ensure the desired properties in the raw material (Polypropylene-Borouge & Aramco Chemicals).
6) Conduct the Compression quality test by universal testing machine to compare the results.
Maintenance Engineer-Mechanical
I am working as a “Maintenance Engineer” at the main workshop of DES, Lahore. Brief description of my JD`s and assignments are as follows:
1- To Manage the Maintenance work of Hydraulic Pumps, Compressors, Generators, Engines (Overhauls) for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery such as Loaders, Paving Machinery, Graders, PTR, Plain & Tandem Rollers, Millings & Cranes.
2- To Supervise the team of Mechanics and Auto-electricians to perform periodic and preventive maintenance works.
3- To Prepare the Maintenance sheets, charts and make the manuals updated.
4- To get in touch with the site supervisors and service teams for repairing work at sites to minimize the breakdown conditions.
5- To Assist the procurement team to purchase & import new equipment.
6- To Coordinate with the Sales department to deliver the machinery on time.
7- To Train my subordinates and mechanics in effectively using the machinery and about maintenance and optimal operations of machinery as per its manuals.
8- To Purchase the parts, accessories for engine overhauls and lubricants as per machinery manuals.
Project Internee
Our objective is to establish Work in process (WIP) control of Heat exchanger cores after oven brazing process at Heat exchanger manufacturing line through KANBAN system and to perform Time & Method study techniques.
