Assistant Manager (Import & Procurement)
o Monitoring and evaluation of whole process of imports and Procurement (Machinery, Chemical raw materials, Spare parts, Tiles, Sanitary, Lights, and Furniture) and improve the whole system. Identify and eliminate the loop holes in system, so that whole process of organization works smoothly and efficiently.
o To schedule and plan each and everything from supplier warehouse to our company warehouse.
o Communicate with shipping agent forwarder for loading the products, arrangement of containers and also finalize the shipping line documents.
o Discover new suppliers, shipping forwarders and custom clearance agents along with defining terms & conditions for working in future and also negotiate with them on prices to gain more profit for company.
o To make and prepare bank documents for custom clearance and also communicate with suppliers regarding loading and new orders.
o Purchase supply of products/materials on basis of lowest cost for products/materials.
o Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
o Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.

o Also make the forecast of all expenses from overseas warehouse to our local warehouse to make sure the presence of required funds for custom duty, local transportation, bank payment etc.
o Communicate with Bank regarding import matters LC’s, CAD etc.
o Maintaining ledger balances of suppliers and tracking of shipments as well.
o Finalize and approve new orders to overseas supplier after checking the status of goods
