Oracle support for SCM,Financial, manufacturing modules
• Provide support of all functional activities related to Oracle Financial for smooth operations
• Analyze business procedures, recommend changes in regards to the ERP, and implement the procedures
• Responsible for all kind of configurations / setups of new ledgers for multiple companies acquired by MTBC.
• Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and provide permanent fix
• Responsible for all functional tasks relating to the maintenance activities
• Provide user training to new users and retaining to existing users on new functionalities
• Assist in designing, developing, testing and deploying customized Reports and Forms
• Perform administrative tasks including custom responsibilities, security profiles, menus
and user account provisioning
• Research and implement to automate the processes of data entry
• Troubleshoot the application errors and work with Oracle support to resolve bugs and Functionality issues
• Review functional Setups & configurations and take corrective actions.
• Month end closing and reconciliation support to finance & reporting teams
Requirement gathering, AS-IS documentation, Business Process Mapping.
Proposed business process & TO-BE documentation.
Finding the gap between AS-IS and TO-BE processes and prepare Gap Analysis.
Mapping the requirements to Application process
Application configuration/setup for Oracle Applications (Oracle Financials, Inventory, Purchasing etc. modules)
Conduct the End user training and also prepare Training Manual Document.
Resolution of issues raised during CRP/UAT sessions by Managers, key users, end users.
Co-ordination with Technical Consultants / DBA’s, Developers and Oracle Support
Coordination with client managers/Key users and other teams for issue resolutions and getting sign-off for documents.
Production support after Go Live.
• Managing regional inventory warehouse using Oracle Inventory R12
• Uploading, transferring & Issuance of inventory in Oracle Apps.
• Performing stock audit of all distribution points on monthly basis
• Recording and reporting of Warehouse
• Making Reports of inventory on daily basis
• Distribute stock to Regional warehouses, care centers, distribution points and collect from all
• channels for repairing/refurbishment
• Direct dealing with repairing, refurbishment, cargo vendors for stock circulation
• Process invoices of vendors
• Supervising admin and HR activities
• Vehicle Fleet Management (Both Short & Long-term),
• Preparing and reviewing various reports, such as Daily Activity Reports, Fuel Consumption analysis
• Updating Vehicle Position Charts (VPC) both short and long term on weekly basis.
• Maintaining and updating records through CarPro system chauffeur’s shift planning, attendance marking,
• System generating rentals; STR/LTR vehicle fleet updates etc.
• Rental calculation, recording & processing system generated invoices
• Establishing & maintaining good rapport with all multinational clients
• Strong coordination with client to resolve invoicing disputes and revenue collection
