• To organize site –based trainings regarding different social and health related topics and orientation sessions of BHU staff.

• To conduct internal evaluation and submit reports to District Support Unit about stock position, staff capacity building and record management.
• To supervise, guide and monitor the overall operation of the project
• Act as the disaster management focal point in the tehsil by assisting the district administration in day-to-day coordination required for smooth implementation of various DRR activities;
• Ensure consultation with various stakeholders on variety of disaster management activities;
• Support in managing budget, medical camps organization, work planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of medical relief activities.
