• Responsible for annual appraisal activity.
• Prepare official letters like employment contract, termination, confirmation, probation extension, promotion, salary increment and disciplinary action letter etc. implement and administer performance management process as per company policies and timelines.
• Successfully managed Confirmation & Separation Process of the employees.
• Prepare & maintain the Headcount & Organograms.
• Prepare and maintain HR master records of all staff.
• Prepare Additions, Deletions and other changes report and send to finance monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly HR reports as requested by the management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll.
• Health & Life Insurance addition, deletion & other changes and update MIS record.
• Operating Time Trax HRIS Application made by EfroTech.
• Prepare leave policy for SAMAA TV employees.
• Manage employee’s attendance record of SAMAA TV & SAMAA FM including all bureaus.
• Successfully customization in HRIS application according to the requirement of organization.
• Coordinate Efrotech to get print employment card and also register/enroll on biometric device to manage door access and attendance record.
• Handling the issues of attendance like networking, door access, finger prints, attendance logs and database of registered employees etc.
• Assist in day to day HR routine work.
• Any other assignment given by Manager HR / GM HR.
