Networking with High Net-worth Individuals and Top Donors:
• Participate in devise the strategy for networking and engagement of high net worth individuals and top donors of the assigned cities/areas.
• Key Accounts Servicing - nurturing relationships with top donors of the assigned cities/areas.
• Maintain and update the top donor profile database of the assigned cities/areas.
• Identification and networking with high net-worth individuals, trade associations and other groups/bodies for fundraising in the assigned cities/areas.
• Facilitate in enhancing the supporter database (emails, telephone numbers, addresses) of the assigned cities/areas being maintained in the centralized database at the Head Office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I Process incoming and prepare outgoing mail. Close coordination with Regional & Assistant Manager F/R. Work with office staff for developing fundraising programs and maintaining critical databases and schedules. Under general directions and supervision, I am responsible for independently conducting the day-to-day operational management and implementation of all activities pertaining to fund development and fundraising.
Administration and Liaison Responsibilities:
• Deal with Service Companies on regular basis for the Service and Maintenance. Guest House Management for guests.
• Coordinate and contact with outside vendors for various non-profit needs.
• Coordinate with volunteers.
• Provide general clerical support, including filing, copying, correspondence and Purchase.
• Conduct in staff meetings and activities and other SKMCH&RC activities as required.
• Implementation of ISO goals.
• Management and supervision of Support Staff.
• Maintain all filling and documentation according to ISO requirements.
• Inventory & Vehicle Management of Office Assets.
• Facilitating in the hospital related affairs e.g. patient referred by donors getting appointment.

Identifying and documenting lessons learnt; collecting information for case studies; and facilitating periodic reviews.
Designing and implementing a community compliance monitoring mechanism
