• To handle all Recruitment cycle drafting Job description and posting ads for the vacancies, sourcing, resume screening, conduct telephonic and face to face interview, short listing candidates.
• Execute onboarding SoP to ensure smooth entry of new workforce into the organization.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Manage organization events and establish workplace culture as per company vision.
• Initiate HR manual of Company including policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Preparation and mailing of various memos, announcements and letters to staff.
• Keeping up to date data of employees. Deal with Performance Management, Promotions and terminations.
• Preparation of monthly payroll. Dealing with Blue collar staff for day to day tasks.
• Supporting IT in setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements.
• Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels.
• Manage employee exit management and comply with exit management process and guidelines.
• Participation in job fairs and career events to represent the company.
Fulfilling the manpower Requirements.
Establish, implement and update policies and procedures.
Administering employee payrolls and benefits
Correspondence with Customer i.e. Honda and vendors i.e. Bank, Social security,
and others.
Tracking employee performance documentation monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Proper target monitoring and oversee PDCA’s Monthly.
Maintaining up-to-date personnel information, organizational staffing chart and
preparing Job descriptions.
Maintaining Attendance record through Attendance management software.
Organizing relevant training sessions for all employees and labor.
Drafting different letters and Conduct Different types of Meetings
Maintain discipline within organization and make sure about implementation of
rules and regulation in all departments.
Keeping CEO informed about significant problems and those that are not being
addressed adequately by staff.
