 Inspect vacated rooms, corridors, stairs, public, lobbies, lounges areas for cleanliness/order.
 Inspect work to ensure standards are met
 Report damages, losses and supply shortages to Manager.
 Prepare/maintain necessary records.
 Maintain inventory of linen/supplies.
 Maintain lost and found control point.
 Plan employee work schedules.
 To check invoices against incoming orders if requested.
 Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed.
 Supervises the duties and tasks of laundry staff. Issues supplies and equipment to workers
 Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members
 Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards Respond to customer complaints and special
 Requests Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies and patrons’ complaints.
 Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department
 Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
