- Prepare the BOQs and drawing of each health center. Ensure that all Refurbishment works are carried out as per Drawings, SOW/Technical Specification and BOQ. - Control the quality of refurbishment works related to civil/Plumbing/electrical engineering in health Centers. Coordinate with Contractor for smooth carrying out the works as instructed. Prepares schedule of works and verify contractor\'s timetable. Records work force, work done by contractor. Makes sure that construction materials/items using by contractor should be as per SOW/ Technical Specification and BOQ. Ensure that when contractors employed, work is done properly, correctly, in compliance with the terms and conditions, in accordance with timelines, in safe manner and competent. Assists in measurement of contractor\'s works to determine the quantity and detail check work as per specified on drawings, SOW/Technical Specification and BOQ. Properly check and verify the contractor\'s completion certificate and submit to Procurement department for further process. Maintains liaison with District Health Officials to facilitate the Contractor for refurbishment works. Daily report the progress of refurbishment works. Frequently arrange the meeting with contractor\'s representative to monitor the progress of project and solve the technical problem as and when required

1)Verifying the quality of construction or installation work and ensure conformity to contracvt design Drawing,Technical Specification and requirements
2) Monitor sampling and testing procedure including tests frequency and report failed tests to concerned parties for corrective action
3)Monitor progress of work against the construction schedule .
4) Report on the safety condition at construction site ,contractor facilities and identify viuolation of safety requiremnets

·         Provide updates on customer and corporate issues participating in scheduled operational meetings as in routine with team leads and employees.
·         Coordinate cross-functional meetings of personnel related to project.
·         Facilitate sessions to effectively resolve issues if any.
·         Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed 
·         Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with Pakistan Air Force (Client) and Consultant, environmental procedures, providing adequate documentation of the environmental compliance status for each activity.
·         Establish systems and implement processes to monitor that construction activities are completed as per requirements.
·         Maintain construction-related files and documentation in an orderly system
·         Review feasibility/detailed technical designs, technical specifications, project cost analysis, construction plans, schedules, etc. of infrastructure activities.
·         Work within integrated teams and with other work groups, to foster and build productive relationships with the client implementing partners.
·         Be responsible and accountable for timely response to project needs, queries and requests from task teams and client.
·         Provide input to various reports to client, including but not limited to: weekly updates, monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual work plans, annual reports, final reports, monitoring and evaluation reporting, or similar reporting as required by Client.
·         Raises Field Instructions where required to record any variations from the original Scope of Work, informing the stakeholder of any such variations

·         Provide guidance for supervisors, foremen and subcontractor in developing and implementing the
Civil and Road construction strategy at project site; applying knowledge and expertise in
Analyzing all work-related methods, drawings, quality standards and specifications; and providing
Technical support and corrective measures for all problems in coordination
With the Construction Manager.
·         Monitor sub contractor’s performance and insure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements.
Review sub contractor’s detailed construction works plans to ensure they are comprehensive, realistic, and
Meet the company’s expectations for timing and are integrated with engineering and, procurement.
·         Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, with quality
Workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
·         Communicate with Department Manager and fellow team members regarding concerns about
Construction progress.
·         Maintains construction schedule, identifies, and solves problems.
·         Identify the purchasing requirements; coordinate with supplier to get the best possible pricing and
payment options; order materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
·         Maintains positive relationship with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other employees.
·         Prepares schedules and supervises completion of final punch list.
·         Promotes job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
·         Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.
·         Maintains as organized job site, including the construction office.
