Production planning, quality,RND processes operations, Machine maintenance

Managed and coordinated daily production activities and all functions of the quality and Supply Chain department. Planned and directed work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications along with supply chain (arrangement of right material at the right time).
⮚                  To follow the daily/monthly operational plan and manage manpower/machinery.
⮚                  To manage manpower within the agreed budget and plan overtime for the completion of production target.
⮚                  To prepare daily reports for rejection and recycle and take necessary action for their control.
⮚                  To follow the prescribed procedures, work instructions and forms for effective implementation of IMS and to maintain record for receiving and usage of material as per BOM.
⮚                  Time & Motion Study of the Manufacturing lines in order to improve the process.
⮚                   Implementation of Lean manufacturing tools.
⮚                  Calculation of the manpower on the basis of time study.
⮚                  Work on improving the existing layout, Line balancing and ensuring smooth process
⮚                  Production Gap Analysis Monitoring.
⮚                  Monitoring cost against the budget.
⮚                  Monitoring the usage of direct materials and direct consumables on daily basis.
⮚                  Monitoring deployment of direct and Indirect Manpower, Equipment against the budget and inform the management on weekly basis in case of variance. 
⮚                  Preparing cost and revenue analysis, equipment and manpower requirement plan.
⮚                  Ensuring smooth production and lean management.
⮚                  Follow up of the current projects and tasks.
⮚                   Keeping management well informed about the project updates.
⮚                  Update all Production activity, document on daily basis and report to related immediate Manager.
⮚                   Applied and implemented innovative manufacturing techniques resulting to higher productivity and lower rate of non-conformance.
⮚                   Substantially reduced manufacturing cost by applying appropriate time and motion study and manpower allocation.
⮚                   Reduced rate of non-conformance and raised productivity by applying modern manufacturing techniques.

⮚                  Process quality control on defined standards and work instructions.
⮚                  To analysis the root cause of market reported problems and initiate their solutions.
⮚                  Coordination with RND to resolve product related faults by initiating design change requests and Corrective/preventive action requests.
⮚                  To check and confirm all new design changes and improvements initiated by RND.
⮚                  To control manpower and process inspection points during production.
⮚                  To prepare quality plans for different process stages.
⮚                  To investigate each rework and rejection on 4M method.
⮚                  To initiate Corrective & preventive action requests for process improvement.
⮚                  Reevaluation of all R&D new product activities.
⮚                  To Check Incoming Quality control for vendor parts.
⮚                  Coordination with R&D, VD and vendor for improvement in material supplies.
⮚                   Training of production and quality staff regarding product and process improvement.
⮚                   To validate CARs/PARs, determine root cause of problems and recommend appropriate actions using data analysis approach and maintain follow up of CARs/PARs with concerned stakeholders for ensuring its closure within target date.
⮚                   Verification of the drawings & ECN\'s issued from R&D before implementation on process line.
⮚                   Audits on production floor and also in the whole system.
⮚                   To highlight issues/gaps related to the implementation of documented procedures/ instructions at floor level and initiate appropriate actions, as necessary in consultation with team leader.
