In my capacity as an eCommerce Manager, I have undertaken and executed the following responsibilities.


E-commerce Store Management:

Responsible for the overall management of the company\'s e-commerce store (website).
Efficiently upload all new incoming items and ensure the removal of outdated or unsellable items from the website.
Regularly update and upload product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images to maintain an up-to-date and engaging online catalog.



Order Management:

Effectively manage the order sheet to monitor and process customer orders.
Oversee stock levels and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Prioritize and manage customer queries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.



Inventory Control:

Perform physical stock checks and maintain accurate stock records.
Establish and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to optimize inventory management.
Place orders with vendors or the production department when stock levels fall below the minimum stock threshold.



Inventory Management Principles:

Adhere to the First In, First Out (FIFO) rule to ensure the rotation and timely sale of goods while minimizing waste.
Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to uphold operational consistency and quality standards.

Planning, organizing, and controlling overall operations regarding Stores, warehouses & Disposals. Manage All Store inventory, documentation & all routine proceedings, using an Oracle-based ERP inventory module. Implementation of all operational SOPs of Material Management & ensure compliance. I am analyzing all Warehouses personnel and activities on a frequent basis including Receiving, loading/unloading & shipping. Keeping stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements. Efficient and optimal utilization of warehouse space. Stack the material in the FIFO method & location-wise to ensure smooth and accurate inventory control. Identify training needs for all operational staff and arrange training for the betterment of the organization. Preparing staff duty roster or duties management in the shift.
