pContinue my work already established 83 Malaria Center in District Kohlu during the tenure of Association for social development (ASD) 5 Microscopy, 67 RDT Centers and 15 Private RDT which are all functional today.
pAll Malaria centers are functional and running smooth also free Malaria test are being diagnose and Malaria Medicine are given free in these Centers. All Malarial components activities are running very well in district Anti Malaria Drugs(AMDS) supplied to all centers on regular bases ( Advocacy and BCC session held on regular bases ) PR and SR ME Officers visited many times to many Malaria centers, checked record and checked also test quality and checked treatments, treatment found as per guideline and found overall performance satisfactory. About 53000 LLIN distributed in district with the coordination of PRCS in Last year/p
pAll 68 Public and 15 Private Facility Focal persons were Trained in Malaria Case Management, (MCM) Malaria Information System. (MIS) and RDT./p
pConduct Quarterly, Review Meeting with DHO Facility Focal Person and other stack Holders and prepare minutes send to HO./p
pAMDs supplied to all Health facilities during QRM and prepare stock report and District Stock Register./p
pCarried out ME visits to Centers of district on monthly basis as per organization shared plane./p
