My Name is Asad Javid, and I'm from District Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan. I studied BBA (Banking & Finance) and Masters in Public Administraion from G.C University Faisalabad in 2016 and 2018 respectively. I have 1.5 years work experience as Officer-Material Management at Masood Textile Mills from April-2019 to October-2020. I also posses 03 years work experience of working in banking industry at different posts from October-2020 to November-2023. Handling administrative tasks related to the hospital\'s daily operations.
Managing a team of administrative staff and ensuring that all tasks related to appointments, billing, patient registration, and record-keeping are executed flawlessly.
Assists special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.

Responsible for managing the hospital\'s finances, including the allocation and disbursal of funds, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and maintaining financial records.
Forecasts and estimates for annual and quarterly budgetary requirements of the hospital.
Prepare the financial forecast at the start of the year to be forwarded to Project Management Unit containing the service wise and month wise expected expenditures of outsourcing contracts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget utilization reports.
Liaison with healthcare establishment departments to identify the needs.
Organizing staff meetings, resolving employee grievances, liaising with external vendors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
