10. Maintain personnel files & relevant personnel data.
11. Hire & train junior staff (Assistant level)
12. Monitor & record employees’ time sheets & leave requests.
13. Recommend & execute annual staff development plan.
14. Manage office equipment & infrastructure to ensure a well-running office.
15. Update & manage filling system.
