§ While working with Unio Foods I undertake the responsibilities of smooth working of 40 distributions network management through a team of 28 team members.
§ I am responsible for the retail development by exploring new outlets for the product availabilities and looking after of 30,000 outlets in my domain.
§ Attend trade associate meeting as a representative of the company in order to promote products & increase sales numbers for the territory
§ Being a team manager of new brands launched in the company it also comes under my domain to control the events, merchandizing & sales promotion activities for the marketing of different brands of the company in my area.
§ Identify both struggling & Successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics.
§ Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment.
§ Develop Efficient & creative sales and marketing strategies for assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
§ Collecting customer & market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
§ Monitoring Sales team Performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to National Sales Heads.

§ Liaise with freight forwarders & Transporters to ensure that goods are cleared & delivered in a timely manner in all company locations

§ Managing & controlling day to day operation of dry and frozen stores all around Fsd.
§ Management of sales fleets covering full Faisalabad ( 11 Vehicles )
§ Optimizing space utilization in warehouse, corridor and on the ramp with latest resource available.
§ Appropriate storing of the items according to the frequency of their movements ( ABC Analysis )
§ Planning for & negotiating Technical Difficulties.
§ Ensuring Health & Safety Standards are met.
§ Efficient management of Logistics, Stock Management, Area rationalization / Routes Management.
§ Supervise records of all company vehicles (11 sales & Distribution) their maintenance, annual registration, insurances & Fuel Cards.
Manage a team of professionals & set their objectives.
Furnishing performance appraisals and feed back to the higher management
Update purchase department about the shortages and damages in the shipment for insurance claims.
Conducting perpetual stock counts in the warehouse to ensure zero discrepancy in the socks
Making various management information reports of inventory
Continually try to improve & develop business performance within the constraints of legislation.
Motivate others members of the team.
Direct the Territory Sales Team, teaching them Important elements of the company products & services in order to give them the tools needed to be successful team members
Prepare Budgets at the beginning of each fiscal year to ensure the corporate money is spent in the best ways possible
