- Lead the Accelerated Growth & Leveraged Countries - AGL Hub (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Cambodia & Malaysia) Strategy across all Seed & CP locations and functions, processes, and procedures with the Corteva Global EH&S Standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations & Ensure strong Implementation of Corteva EH&S
Standards
- Support and lead the local AGL Hub EH&S teams to achieve legal & policies compliance, risk reduction and continuous improvement
- Lead the AGL CU EH&S Committee Set, track, and develop plans to achieve annual safety KPIs & ensure strong commitment towards EH&S from each Country Leader
- Implement a system for appropriate communication to all the stake holders on various EH&S aspects and ensuring its compliance.
- Provide guidance, direction and focus for EHS activities to all sites of AGL Hub, functions and their teams.
- Coach, guide, and develop management in the implementation of EH&S Standards, Policies & SOPs.
- Development of people on EH&S by coordinating training inputs with HR & Region on EH&S 
development program & perform TNA (training need assessments).

APAC Projects:
Strong & on time execution of assigned APAC projects such as leading APAC Focal person for Motor vehicle safety standard (MVSS), Regional Motor vehicle Safety Team and ETQ Super User for incident management and CAPA Modules

Safety/Loss Prevention & Audits:
Planning, developing, and implementing safety, loss prevention, and occupational health programs for compliance with applicable local and regional EH&S regulations. Review facility operations by leading and participating in 2nd Party EH&S Audits and by consulting with Regional EH&S manager, safety committees, EH&S networks and employees to identify unsafe working conditions and develop appropriate controls or alternatives. 
Safety, Health & Environmental Training:
Working to Identifying the training needs and requirements of the location. Developing and implementing training programs for employees based on needs analysis on a variety of safety, health, and environmental subjects, including occupational safety and health, fire protection, etc. 
Safety Recognition Programs:
Implementing the different recognition programs for best performance in safety like Safety Man of the Month, Safety Improvement champion & Yellow Helmet to boost the employee’s morals and commitments and to strengthens the site safety structure. 
Incident Reporting & Investigations: 
Provides “first point of contact” response if an incident occurs at a location within the country. Ensures incidents are reported immediately and investigations completed timely, follow-up action taken, and learning’s shared. 
Support in EH&S activities in other functional areas as requested: 
Assist, as requested by the Pioneer Country Business Manager, Sales and Marketing, Administration, Research and other departments with training, investigations, consultations, and audits. 
QMR: 
Implementation and management of Quality Management System in integrated operations of 
company.
