Job Profile & Responsibilities:

-SOP’s formulation and implementation at all locations.
-Reporting of P&L, COGS and budgets of branches in the region.
-Conduct training sessions for Managers, Assistant managers and kitchen team.
-Presentation and explanation of monthly reports to the CEO.
-Hiring and performance evaluation of Managers, Supervisors and Chefs
-Monitor supply chain and warehouse on stock levels and kitchen transfer.
-Forecast and set monthly, quarterly & yearly targets of branches.

- Make sure that SOP\'s are updated and implemented.
- New recipe development and its execution.
- Conduct interdepartmental Operations briefings and training.
- Make sure facilities are in good condition.
- Analysis and recommendation of monthly and weakly reports

- Manage operational activities of Restaurant.
- Hiring and training of managers and team members.
- Follow up and negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain brand operational standards and procedures.
- Maintain all kinds of operational files and documents

- Manage and follow-up on operational activities of outlet.
- Conduct & Communicate in house briefings and interdepartmental meetings.
- Maintain and follow up on deliveries and inventories.
- Maintain training and roster plan on monthly basis.
- Conduct training\'s and evaluate staff performances
- Maintain all kinds of operational files and documents

- Manage and follow-up on operational activities of outlet.
- Conduct & Communicate in house briefings and interdepartmental meetings.
- Manage and maintain operational deliveries and standard.

- Manage overall Administrative and Operational activities.
