Job Description
· Preparation of Bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
· Export Receipts
· Monthly/Quaterly withhold tax of suppliers/staff submit for FBR
· Support the Manager Accounts to finalize the financial accounts.
· Posting of vouchers like payment, adjustment, sales, purchase vouchers etc.
· Posting of vouchers of mark-up and profits.
· Working of advance taxes deduction at source and posting of vouchers .
· Preparation of debtors and creditors reconciliation reports.
· Preparation of sales tax return and also sales tax refund claim from Govt.
· Preparation of sales tax sale, purchase and consumption register.
· Ratios analysis for comparison with other groups for decision making reports.
· Preparation of books of accounts like cash book, General journal, and ledger with monthly/Annual trial balance.
· Sales tax purchase registers.
· Salaries and wages preparation of permanent and temporary staff.
· Working for accruals of expenses and posting.
