Started working as Team Lead. Promoted as Floor supervisor after 6 months of joining. Now working as Deputy Manager Operations. Currently, responsible for smooth operations and administrative environment.

I was declared as ambassador for Startup Istanbul by Etohum i.e. the Organizers for this event. Responsible to give complete knowledge to customers regarding event. Scheduled online meetings with different people who attended the event as attendee, participants, mentors and investors as well. They were from 100+ countries.
Quality Assurance Executive
Responsible for customer satisfaction,increasing efficiency of customer relationship officers. Maintaining training sessions for CSRs and giving them complete product knowledge. Polishing their skills to satisfy customers. Keeping eye on their performance. Setting their goals and giving them a chance to perform well.

I had an experience there for forecasting the demand from their branches. Stock taking and data entry process was a part of our job there.
