• Provide clear, effective and timely and constructive feedback to management on interviewing techniques and effective labor relations.
• Research and prepared occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary slabs and competency appraisal measures and systems.
• Monitor the personnel and benefits files.
• Responsible to monitor all existing policies, procedures and programs in true spirit.
• Address the benefits questions raised by managers and employees as well as assist with problem solving.
• Develop and implement a manpower planning mechanism that drives accurate and rational planning for the requirements of each function across the unit.
• Work closely with the HOD in developing the Organizational Development function strategy and plans by outlining the action plan and goals for the Organizational Development function and ensure that the implementation is in line with the overall objectives of the unit’s functions.
• Work closely with the management in developing Change Management framework for the unit with a planned methodology and relevant tools and resources and serve as an agent of change and facilitate change across the
unit through the use of a structured change approach to enable employees to embrace change in a positive and productive manner.
