Evaluate and maintain employee records of all departments in the organization.
To maintain the attendance management and leave management system.
To Maintain the Master Database sheet of all Albayrak Staff (Official Staff, Driver and Workers).
To coordinate with the head office and discuss the issues which we are facing during working.
· To coordinate with the third party, supervisors who provide the labor for the company.
· To discussed the Albayrak policy, processes with the employees and other related issues.

· Organize the Orientation and develop Training programs, presentation of Drivers and Workers of Albayrak as per the defined procedure.

To communicate about the safety measures to the drivers and workers.
