I am working here as incharge pharmacist, the activities performed here, Proper managment of pharmacy staff and medicines, procurrment and proper purchasing of medicines, educating and training pharmacy staff, proper counselling to the patient about medicines and disease control, counselling the patients and cummunity about prevention from cummunicable diseases, proper duccomentation of pharmacy stack, controled dispensing and  maintinance of record of controlled substances, proper control on short expiry and their duccomentation for return to the company.

I worked here in Bibi Malala general hospital Charsadda as Pharmacist, serveces provided as staff pharmacist, patient counselling about medication, propeer dispensing, inventory managment, proper documentation, and fulfill all the admistrative task as per needed. 

I was working here as trainee pharmacist for two months duration activities performed here, procurmnet of warehouse, proper managment and temperature maintinance of the warehouse, stock sending for proper testing to DTL peshawar, proper flow of stock to the pharmacies and wards in hospital, proper inspection of the stock present in hospital wards and pharmacies, proper duccomentation at each every step performed and also record mainntinance in computer system
