 Efficiently managing, generating and implementing sourcing management strategies. Analyzing and calculating various costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure; invent rock bottom negotiation strategies; optimizing sourcing procedures related to spot, transactional and strategic/CAPEX procurement, attain maximum efficiency. Competently discovering and partnering with trustworthy vendors and suppliers; raising tenders and maintaining record of proposals as per IMS standard documentation management.
 Ably researching, anticipating , performing cost analysis and benchmarking; estimating risks and applying risk minimizing techniques; performing commercial TCO & ROI analysis. Efficiently overseeing projects from start to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its allotted budget. Negotiating sub-contract orders and monitoring sub-contractors, planning critical dates, and organizing manpower; helping to resolve any disputes which come up and identifying areas for improvement in company’s contracting processes.
 Skillfully reviewing letters of credit; monitoring customs procedure documentation for import of products. Managing employees in areas of compliance and customer service. Actively supervising all inventory reports related to raw materials &MRO spare parts.
 Actively monitoring shipments, determining quantity and timing of deliveries. Efficiently handling information from purchase order creation to warehouse delivery and facilitating in conveying obtained information to various in-house departments. Processing documentation accurately and sharing with appointed freight forwarders and procurement head accurately and on time.
