• Ensure reliable, timely, efficient and accurate movement of goods from point of receipt to customer delivery as well as accurately maintaining inventory control and productivity management.

• Managing Warehouse expenses & Cost saving for the organization.
• Managing & Maintain daily attendance and IN & OUT record of all staff.
• Dealing with client queries of cargo receiving & shipment and responsible current goods are lying in respective manner in warehouse
• Managing & maintaining the operation of the warehouse & also including organization cleanliness & management reports.
• Produces regular report and statistic on daily weekly & monthly basis.
• Takes periodic inventory as per organization policy and arrange and participates in taking inventory annually.

o Dealing with client queries of cargo receiving & export shipment.
o Manage upto date Stock as per IKEA system desk & Physical on ground.
o Planning Export shipment as per container cumulative volume.
o Booking of Planned Container from shipping line.
o Maintaining stock as per agreed guidelines of IKEA Cargo Quality Assurance.
o Investigating claims relating to Cargo Export to IKEA DC.
o Staff Training relating to Cargo Stock and inventory Management.
o Dealing with customer & communication by email and telephone.
o Stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate every time.
o Maintaining FIFO in all stock inventory.
o Prepare shipment Plan as per Customer requirements / Priority order.
