Managing projects related (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical/Electronics).
 Capex management system development & monitoring.
 Responsible for ROI analysis & basis of projects and then approval from higher management.
 Contract Management, Make contracts and revised as per project needed.
 Manage all EPC contract variation orders and claims with support from the Construction Site Manager
 Development detailed project management plans, project reporting and schedule follow-up.
 Continuously monitor the project budget, accurately forecast the remaining “costs to complete” and interface
with project cost control resources to produce timely and accurate monthly project cost reports,
 Manage the execution of the EPC contract, ensure the company is complying with its obligations while limiting
downside risks or monetary losses to the company.
 Manage project counsel tasks to progress disputes, manage arbitration efforts, Approve purchase orders,
purchase requisitions and contracts in line with authorized signing authorities.
 Responsible for providing overall project management, support and guidance to project team to drive project to
completion Ensure enforcement of site Environmental, Health & Safety requirements

2-Operational Responsibilities:

 Responsible for handling plant & machinery related projects.
 Responsible for standard ISO documentation, internal & external audits.
 Breakdown & repeated fault analysis & counter measures.
 Preventive maintenance & overhauling planning & execution.
 Men power management.
 Critical & consumable spare parts inventory & control
 Implementation of SAP PM Module

Project Planning (Up to level 4 plans), Execution & Process flow charts as per the delivery date
committed by the client.
 Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying project and manufacturing methods.
 Extensive regular contact with assigned quality inspectors, project clients and third party inspectors.
 Maintains project reports (Progress reports, KPI etc.) and process data base.
 Assistance of Commercial Department for technical evaluation of quotations & procurement related
matters.
 Drafting scope of work according to the drawing & relevant documents within, delivery schedule,
estimation of costing & resource planning, forward the estimated consumables and tooling to Store
for arrangement.
 Responsible for subcontracting jobs which are uneconomical to fabricate at shop.
 Making feasibility reports & rigging plans for site erection work.
 Discussion scope of work with execution team to make a realistic plan for successful execution of the
Project within the stipulated time & cost
 Monitor Progress for Project on weekly basis. Coordinate with Quality control, shop supervisor, third
party and the Customer for testing as per ITP.
 Analyzing and highlighting the problem areas and proposing solution for timely completion of
projects.
 Project plan will be made in MS Project or Prima Vera Project Planner.
 Verifying and checking the planning performed by production & sub contractors, ensuring that it
is aligned with integrated project plans.
 Compiling reports based on the data collected for internal review and submission to management

Review the scope of work and make plan within approved schedule , time line & budget
 Coordination with Consultant for the planning of Systems, Utilities and machinery.
 Pre-Qualify the vendor/supplier & contractor for the work facility and according to the project requirement.
 Execution of the project engineering involving Installation, commissioning & testing of equipment’s.
 Making shutdown Schedule by keeping in mind all per-shutdown requirement.
 Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.
 Material procurement through SAP and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing
breakdown time.
 Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of equipment.
 Ensuring compliance with health planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance responding to breakdowns
