Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair.
To develop and implementing security policies, protocols and procedure.
Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and other recording systems.
To monitor day-to-day Admin operational activity (Security Officers, Office Attendants)
Patrolling the factory area for periods of time.
Pro-actively ensuring the protection of property and assets.
Monitoring of incoming and outgoing mails, receiving mail and packages from couriers and delivering to proper recipient.
To organize, plan and direct housekeeping team members to carry out their duties.
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Carrying out inspections of factory area and the vehicle parking area.
Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
Provide reports on incident, breaches and on security issues.
Arrangement of management meetings and vendor meetings.
To supervise 3rd party housekeeping staff and their placement and also responsible for processing 3rd party contractor invoice
To manage and keep record of first aid items, staff uniform, groceries, safety PPE's, housekeeping material etc.
Assisting HR department with administrative or clerical support.
To make sure the continuous supply of necessary utilities to the facility.
Maintain and record payments of different utilities ensure that their payments are on time.
To monitor and supervise the ongoing civil work and recording of material

Major Responsibilities
To monitor security measures on regular basis in and around the plant premises to ensure safety and security of staff and property.
To monitor canteen affairs on daily basis & maintain the area. Also monitor food quality.
To arrange uniform for all employees working at plant as per the company policy & procedure.
Check security office documentation on regular basis for accurate recording of all entries.
To maintain & manage housekeeping &/or beautification of entire plant.
To supervise arrangements for meetings and in house training to ensure availability of all required material on time.
To monitor admin budget, so that overall cost can be kept within the budget framework while maintaining security car, purchasing stationary etc..
Protocol services to guests according to company policies to build the corporate image and good PR with business partners.
To supervise & monitor support services i.e., fax, photocopy etc., for their proper functioning and solve problems regarding these and ensure timely facilities to all.
To coordinate with all departments to manage schedules for all above activities and provide timely and efficient services.
To supervise housekeeping staff & attendants, in order to improve work efficiency.
To assist Admin manager and his team to achieve the overall goal of the administration department.
