I have experience working with diverse communities and have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable me to build rapport and trust with community members. I am confident that I can effectively engage and mobilize communities to participate in the development process and ensure their voices are heard. In my previous role as a Field Coordinator at IUCN, I was responsible for mobilizing/ sensitization and developing community-based projects focused on community development and livelihood restoration . I successfully developed and led the Valley Conservation Committees and Women Conservation Committees of community representatives and collaborated with local and district level stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of our programs. I am proud to say that our projects had a significant impact on the lives of community members.
Moreover, I have a strong understanding of community needs assessment, project planning, and monitoring and evaluation. I am also well-versed in utilizing various tools and techniques, such as participatory rural appraisal and community mapping, to gather data and involve community members in the decision-making process. Currently working as a Field Coordinator , IUCN ,with Strong report writing skills , conduct community awareness sessions . I have formed of 09 Valley conservation committees and 04 women conservation committees. I am giving school awareness sessions and formed 10 nature clubs in government and private schools. I also conduct regularly monthly activities with students like debating competition, plantation , drawing etc, conduct teacher training workshops and exposure visits. I also conduct stakeholders coordination meetings to brief on project progress and future plans to District administration and relevant stakeholders of Karot BMP Project. I also Assist my project manager and supervisor in compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and with developing project proposal.

After attending a three days’ workshop on research and house hold survey I was assigned as a Data collector to do a door to door survey in different villages of District Muzaffarabad to assess the income of the women engaged in handicrafts at domestic level and their challenges in marketing. The information was collected through a template prepared by the consulting firm. The survey was conducted in five villages of Muzaffarabad AJK and assessment was also conducted through Focus Group discussions (FGDs) with community women, men, and government department.
