Currently, I am working as a Senior Manger Accounts & Finance in Karam Ceramics Limited listed in Pakistan Stock Exchange. And previously was working as Manager Audit in the QAVI & CO (Chartered Accountants). Being a senior member of audit department, I had an opportunity of being involved in statutory audits, review engagements and special assignments of various large and medium-sized organisations. This exposure to a wide spectrum of clients with a variety of work experience has provided me with an inside view of the key business processes within an organisation, risk management procedures, accounting and internal control systems together with strengthening the aptitude to swiftly adapt to various roles. Furthermore, the experience as both a team member and later on as a team leader acquainted me to the significance and application of group decision-making and problem solving tactics in real-time. My expertise and experience also help me in the preparation of Sales Tax & Income Tax Return of corporate and individual clients.

my key responsibility include:
 Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework including compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local corporate laws and directives of regulatory authorities;
 Liaison with Auditor in performing audit;

 Review the monthly Sales Tax Return and Withholding Income Tax Return;
 Preparation of Annual Income Tax return of company;

Engagement planning based on understanding of the entity and assessment of business and related audit risks
Coordination with firm’s partner to define the extent of planned audit procedures and to update on progress of the engagement
Supervision, review and finalization of an assurance engagement
Liaison with client\'s management and communication of relevant matters to persons at appropriate level of responsibility
Consultation on significant matters with various professionals such as company’s executives, lawyers, tax advisors, actuaries and IT experts
Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework including compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local corporate laws and directives of regulatory authorities
Establishing positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders
On-the-job training and professional development of staff
Review Income Tax annual return of corporate clients
Review Income Tax annual return of Individuals along with wealth statement
Review of monthly Sales Tax return of Client.
