1: Provision of care for new Patients in the OTP/SFP.
- Receive the patients, take anthropometric measurement and a admit them according to criteria
& accomplish all administrative procedure (fill registrar and inpatient Treatment card, medical
Information ,check the vaccination card,

2: Implement proper medical and Nutritional Protocols.
- Complete the anthropometric follow up of the patient.
- Distribute the medical treatment according to medical assistant prescription & protocols,
- Participate in the daily and weekly clinical examinations and check that all information is up date
On the patient’s card;

3: Distribution of the food in better hygiene practices.
- Conduct the appetite test for children and check that the patient only eats the food intended for
Him/her,
- check that the patient is give water each time he is thirsty and evaluate the quantity of water
Absorbed during the meal,
- Report to OTP/SFP Supervisor any problem on time.
- Ensure that the patients and the accompanying person wash their hands Before each meal and
After going to the toilet. Ensure that the clothes are washed and changed regularly,
-Give the mothers individual on health education and insist on the problems observed individual
Hygiene, water management,

• Undertake anthropocentric screening,
• identify children with malnutrition,
• provide appropriate nutritional and medical support as the protocol,
• Take the appetite test of registered children,
• Follow up of admitted beneficiaries according to follow up date,
• Ensure all the documents & registered are available in field every time,
• Ensure patients are treated well at BHU and targeted villages,
• Ensure patients are diagnosed on their day or if necessary anytime,
• Ensure all the absent and defaulter patients are found carefully on accurate date,
• Ensure patients are admitted and discharged according to criteria,
• Ensure supply is quite enough according to given plan always,
• Ensure supply has always validity date , is kept safe , and are all the documents available, complete and accurate,
• Ensure BHU is well cleaned all the time,
• Monitor the BFC activities at U.C level,
• Provide nutrition and health education to all programmer beneficiaries,
• Properly record, document and report the programmer activities,
• Conduct Training\'s for community volunteers,
• Monitor field activities & give feed backs to line manager,
• Undertake other tasks as requested by the OTP Nurse.
