·        I had successfully executed the operations of transport department while achieving additional cost saving of over 25% as well as identified and eliminated significant financial misappropriation.
·        Devising and executing movement plans and technical maintenance of all fleet.
·        Evaluate the cost of maintenance and present cost saving solutions.
·        Monitoring vehicles fuel efficiency in order to avoid any misuse or pilferages.
·        Transport routing and handling on-road matters including legal issues/disputes.
·        Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly transportation analysis report of whole fleet spread across two major provinces of Pakistan.
·        Ensuring smooth running of the operation necessary for meeting targets and deadlines are met. 
·        Ensure that all staff comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.
