Responsibilities Duties

Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems

Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters
Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events
Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll and personnel databases
