Supervising the filing of monthly/annual withholding tax statements including the income tax returns

Worked as Manager Accounts for CITMED (Trust) and Crown IT Solutions (Private) Limited. My responsibilities include the following: 

Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements and presenting the same to the Board,
Prime responsibility for devising the Company’s operational budget and ensuring accountability for budget, financial management, policy development and implementation,
Oversight of all Company’s financial function to include compliance, timely reporting and accuracy,
Ensuring the adherence to Taxation and Company laws including filing of monthly withholding tax statements and annual tax return,
Reviewing the monthly payroll including the calculations for House Rent Allowance, Medical Allowance, Leave Deductions and any other deductions of the employees,

Carrying out and supervising audit planning, evaluation of internal control frame work and thereafter formularizing risk-based audit approach to perform audit in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and KPMG Audit Methodology,

Detailed review of inventory costing methods and valuation techniques including testing the reasonableness and appropriateness of overhead allocations and NRV testing,
