Monitoring Assistant
• Verification of the targeted villages selection and beneficiaries’ registration as per WFP SOPS.
• Perform cash distribution monitoring and the process to mobilize the beneficiaries to the distribution point.
• Conduct distribution monitoring (DM\'s) and post distribution monitoring (PDM\'S) in the selected area and upload all forms on MODA.
• Receive and collate comments and feedback from CP and beneficiaries to support identifying programmatic issues with a view to fostering efficient operations.
• Perform case studies and beneficiary contact monitoring to assess the WFP intervention on the targeted household.
• Perform purposive monitoring visits to follow with critical issues surfaced through internal and external sources. i.e., WFP complaint feedback mechanism Govt authorities, UN Coordination office etc.
• Liaise with cooperation Partner district authorities and internal counterpart to gather feedback and comment to support program review and informative decision making.
• Prepare and timely share the field mission report to document program implementation.
• overall align field monitoring function with the FFA implementation flow cycle.

Social Organizer
• Assist with the delivery of livelihoods trainings to beneficiaries and business grants distribution and monitoring.
• Conduct community outreach to raise awareness of activities
• Assist and review the list of beneficiaries being identified and support community-led planning and design of program activities.
• Support Cash for Work activities, from registration to training, and cash distributions
• Conduct data collection for assessments and surveys such as market assessments Project Officer / Team Leader.
• Support the daily workers during outreach, data collection, registrations and distributions.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date, accurate records of registration, community meetings and other relevant program documentation, including through data entry and verification.
• Assist with the preparation of beneficiary eligibility, attendance and distribution lists, and with cash distributions.
• Assist in preparing documentation for the procurement of goods and services (such as office supplies) in compliance with organization requirements and delivered in a timely manner.
• Any other assignment by the line manager.
