Ensure smooth operations and effective execution of education-related interventions of all schools in the area to deliver the best quality of education.
Provide technical support and assistance to supplement the GOS’ and USAID’s efforts in the development of public private partnerships management model for SBEP schools.

Contribution to the preparation of yearly Operations/projects implementation plan- outlying the concrete action to be taken by each strategic objective, with outputs and outcomes, related to operations/projects

Support Independent Auditors regarding their field visits and provide required information related to SBEP Schools
Provide technical input for improvement in the quality of education programs through innovation and rolling out successful practices.
Build capacity of Implementing partner through rigorous field monitoring, training & progress review sessions
Coordination with internal departments including fleet, logistic, finance, HR, AME, security & coordination for project support.

Develop and implement the Monitoring plan.
Collate assistance programme data in accordance with clear direction, to support programme reviews and informative decision-making.
Liaise with different stakeholders and internal counterparts to gather feedback and comments to support programme reviews and improve services.
Manage the program information database. Develop and implement data collection techniques and tools.
Train program teams to use data collection tools and techniques, including ongoing mentoring and support.
Analyze data to track project and program progress against agreed targets.
Undertake the supportive supervision field visits to project areas for monitoring and evaluation of project activities and prepares routine reports on results of visits and project progress.
Develop plan for the cash disbursement and monitor the cash distribution at the point of sale. Identify and rectify the errors in the beneficiarys data.
Perform monitoring of ongoing physical work by participants and the training sessions imparted by project teams.
Perform cash distribution monitoring and the processes involved to mobilize beneficiaries to the cash disbursement points.
Prepare reports of program data, conduct basic data analysis and interpretation, as required for reporting.

Conduct field visits to ensure transparency and quality implementation of program interventions against standard operating procedures.
Share M&E findings/learning/area of improvement with program team. Moreover, work in close coordination with District coordinator and facilitate program in achieving program goals qualitatively.
Ensure data quality through crosschecks and data validation etc. Furthermore, verify progress reports to ensure accountability and authenticity of progress reported by program team.
Support the design and piloting of data collection tools and forms with program team staffand share feedback accordingly.
Support the design of data collection and analysis protocols for collecting qualitative and quantitative data using surveys, semi-structured interviews, and focus groups and support the development of easy-to-use forms, guides and interview agendas.
Maintain a data management system using Excel, Access, SPSS or other data management and analysis software.
Collate, consolidate and prepare reports of program data, conduct basic data analysis and interpretation, as required for reporting.
