Site Supervision includes arranging and managing labour and contractors for all necessary site works. Layout, leveling and execution of the site as per design and time frame makes the task a real hard nut to crack. Integration of various site works like plumbing, electrical works and other wet work demand a fool proof mechanism like maintaining progress reports, work sheets and labour allocation tables to keep the flow of work intact. Issuing and maintaining labour cards along with daily labour progress and work  done report have been the vital responsibilities of my job.

Roles and Responsibilities

I started my career back in 2011 from being recruited as an Assistant Draftsman at Saeed & Sons associates. My job was to help various draftsmen and especially the chief draftsman with design and planning jobs. Single line drawing, AutoCad, 2D drawings, 3D modelling, animations, 3D rendering, assigning materials, architectural and mechanical drawings, working with plotters, 3D Max, and Inventor Fusion work included my responsibilities. Working on these various platforms and tools pushed me to gain experience in execution as well.
